Casablanca consists of 2 separate guard gated communities; Casa Blanca Estates and Casa Blanca Villas. Casa Blanca is bounded on the north by Jackrabbit Road and on the south by Chaparral Road, on the west by Casa Blanca Drive and on the east by 68th Street. Casa Blanca Villas was built as a resort for the rich and famous in the 1930′s, and has a Arabesque “minaret” at the guard gate, definitely the most distinct guard gate entrance in Paradise Valley.
