Adobe Ranch is a non gated community just west of Scottsdale Road and bounded by Hummingbird on the north and Indian Bend on the south. Lots range in size from 1.0-1.25 acres. Adobe is withing walking distance to Scottsdale Plaza Resort. Kiva Elementary, Mohave Jr High and Saguaro High School are the schools for this subdivision. There are no hillside lots in Adobe Ranch but homes do have mountain views to the east and south.
